'Appeal Possible' Option On Ebennie
Has anyone else ever had an appeal move to the historical section and be closed out with a decision letter sent but not have the appeal possible option too? I just had a DRO appeal close but there's no appeal possible option. Every time I have had a decision letter sent before on a claim it said appeal possible along with it. I'm hoping this might mean a full grant. I know it is still possible to appeal a full grant decision but it's strange that every claim before had it say 'decision letter sent, appeal possible'. Thanks for sharing your guy's thoughts on this.

"account Activity" Updates
On the front page you can look at "Account activity" and it shows every time you log on and check the status updates and shows who logged on. So it shows my name listed as the log on all the way down the list on every update besides 3. On 3 it is just blank as who it was who logged in. 2 of those blank log ins were on the 15th when my claim moved back to Gathering evidence. The 3rd one was yesterday. My question being does that mean those blank log ins are someone else logging in besides myself or is that just a coincidence and it doesn't track when the rater logs in?

"Buddy Statement" Remanded case Columbia S.C.
Board of Appeals remanded case back to RO Columbia South Carolina. via AMC Washington D.C.. VA duty to assist the veteran in developing evidence to support his claim. Veteran was aboard USS Ranger on WES-PAK Cruise 1964, same squadron RVAH-5 that I was assigned with and states the same situation to being deployed off ship to assist in repairing squadron aircraft for mechanical issue. I don't have the veteran name due to confidential issues, however his claim is exactly the same as mine and attached to the same ship as well as squadron. Is there a way to direct my statement to the AMC or RO and inform the veteran of my issue that relates to his claim as well. My …

"Decide My Claim"
I have been trying to do this for the last week or so and eBennefits will not allow the choice. Has anyone tried this option and was it submitted successfully? I have no further evidence to submit and wanting my claim to go up the chain.

"Initial Review Complete" mean?
I opened up an increase MH claim a little over 2 months ago and had the C&P a couple weeks after that. I thought everything was done until I was called to come in to talk to a case manager at the OIF/OEF department at the VA Hospital a few days ago. Now, this has popped up on my eBenefits account. Does anyone know what this means? Thanks.

"rating" Phase Vs. "decision" Phase
What is the difference between the phases? Ebenny says im in "rating " phase as of 08/07/2013 when my claim went to prep for decision. Each time I speak with peggy they have always said im in "rating" phase. Today peggy says I in "decision" phase, but still no updates on ebenny. What's going on? Claim date 10/24/2012 C&p 07/19/2013 Prep for decision 08/07/2013 Estimated completion date for entire claim 10/14/2013 to 02/07/2014 Has anyone had their claim completed by the ecd?

ptsd "RVSR for opinion exam"
Does anyone know what "RVSR for opinion exam" mean? Filed for Sleep Apnea to include due to Aggravavation by PTSD (secondary) on 7/28/15. Filed for PTSD (Increase) on 8/17/15. E-benefits showed two separate claims until yesterday afternoon. There was a note under the PTSD increase requesting me to submit additional documents or a DBQ. When I checked E-benefits yesterday afternoon, both claims were combined and the request for additional documents or a DBQ were no longer on the combined claims. The note below the combined claim now says "RVSR for opinion exam". I provided a DBQ form AND a nexus letter from my civilian board certified doctor and my PTSD increase indicat…

"Secondary action required" "Stage 1 Development" What does it all mean?
Hi all, I was hoping someone more in the know than I am could possibly help me understand what is going on with my claim. I filed for an increase back in June of last year, after my migraines a mental health issues really took a dive for the worse. Around the middle of March, I was awarded a "patrial decision" and an initial increase, and my migraines capped out at 50%. The VA also started an inferred TDIU claim. I submitted my 21-4192 from the only full time empoloyer I've had in the last six years, as well as the 21-8940. The claim, after adding the IU claim, then had an estimated completion date of December... then January... March... May... June... an…

"what Do We Still Need.."
What does it mean when a health care provider's name is removed from the list of "What do we still need from others." I assume VA is satisified with the info received from that provider, so they were removed from the list?
