As a Veteran yesterday I went to a waterpark with the family. I was very unimpressed with how this business advertises there Military/Veteran discounts. When I read this it is amazing to me that this business has been running for 45 years with not ONE other Veteran addressing this. At least that is what the business states. I have searched every post I can find for an answer. Can't find a one like this. I was a Corpsman from 73-75 never in SEA but got stuck by enough needles to get the disease. I filed a claim for Hepatitis C with Cirrhosis and Depression as secondary to Hepatitis C. I was denied of course but persistence paid off and I was awarded 10% for HCV on 6/9/2009 the Cirrhosis and Depression have been deferred for additional information or evidence. Now comes the part where I am lost I have been on SSA disability for 10 yrs for depression. Had all my qtr's in. I am posting this because a fallen soldiers wife asked a question about her child having certain medical conditions that she believes took place because her husband served in Desert Storm War as I did. I only have one thing to say about the syndrome and that is, three of my soldiers who came back home from the war, got their wives pregnant and with in 3 to 4 months of being pregnant their babies died inside of the womb. Now I have talked to several Doctors about Gulf War Syndrome and they all don't believe it. my husband return from iraq in 11/2005 with ptsd,tbi,back injury . went to va docter on 4/06 complant of now simtoms of diabetes docter was rude and rushed him out said she didnt have time too address all the issues.diabetes,she did order labs but he had gotten so angry due too this ptsd gotten lost in clicnic so didnt take blood.didnt go back till 11mt later diagnoed with diabes in 3/07 ,vba denied claim.due to docters visit no notes in records.he say shesay he did tell her of problems he was having diabetes simtoms. he reported within the 1 year discharge.any advise .sorry my spelling is bad. please helpme understand .
