C&P Opinion
Please let me know your thoughts on possible rating: OPINIONS: The veteran still suffers from right ventricular dysfunction as the result of tricuspid regurgitation discovered by transesopageal echocardiogram performed 5 Sept 1995 in-service. To ascribe now a present right or left ventricular ejection fraction would require cardiologic studies not orderable by C&P examiners. RATIONALE: Service treatment records as well physical examination board proceedings via VBMS, CPRS, physical examination, radiologic findings of 12 OCT 2016 as well as examiner's clinical experience. Other notes from exam: [X] (1-3 METs) This METs level has bee…

Respiratory Conditions
In 2010 while I was on active duty training I was hospitalized for a month. For walking-pneumonia, pneumothorax, hemothorax ,decortication and thoracotomy. I had 3 major surgeries in 48 hours, 2 blood transfusion, placed in a chemically induced coma and placed on a ventilator and life support. I spent two weeks in ICU. While recovering I had to re-learn how to eat, talk and walk. I some how turned into a vegetable. With this being the first time I've every had to go to the hospital I was traumatized by the visit. At the time I was 19. Since this was ADT, and not AD a LOD was done and found "NOT IN THE LINE OF DUTY." "NOT DUE TO OWN MISCONDUCT." Because I was receiving tre…

How do you complain about QTC C&P exam administration?
QTC makes you use (multiple) 15 to 30 minute queue tell-you-nothing telephone calls for everything. They want to schedule you in 3 work days and make you use a screwed up system that takes 3 days of telephone calls to figure out with boot-strapped complicated passwords that never work unless you have 2 man months lead time (ymmv.) Then they send you mail that takes 2 weeks which you may or may not receive just in time. Then the result is a student who often just graduates 1) Psychology or 2) Psychiatry. My Psychology graduate did not do ANYTHING correct in my Anxiety C&P except commit fraud. I have an IMO in for about a year now. I have a tbi C&P coming up wi…

C&P Exam
I’m somewhat confused. Back in July I had opened a new claim and yesterday I received a phone call from the VA Hospital in Columbia, Mo and was told that I have a C&P Exam appointment scheduled on 17 Nov and that I do NOT have to be there for that appointment? Has this ever happened to anyone and should I be concerned?

C & P Exam
Ok Experts help me out, I think this exam was not focused on my complaints. I have already been rated 10% bilateral for shin splints (which was only approved when NOD filed and X-rays showed degenarative (sp) arthiritis in both ankles and knees. So i filed a claim for Exertional Compartment syndrome as NEW claim and lower leg pain as secondary to EXTERIONAL COMPARTMENT. My exam was suppose to be focused on lower leg pain and knee pain. This is the exam, don't match with ALL complaints. So does this sound like a denial for new or increase, because they already rated me for shin splints? Is this DBQ being completed in conjunction with a VA 21-2507, C&P Examination …

Will VA schedule me with the same examiner?
I just submitted a claim and I'm sure they will be calling me to schedule a C&P exam. I had 3 separate exams with 3 different examiners and wanted to know if the VA will schedule me with one of the examiners I have already seen? Of all the exams I had there is one examiner that is veteran friendly because he is a vet too and seem to understand our fight for benefits. He did my exam and I won my claim. I would love to get him for this exam. I just feel that the VA don't want to send vets to the same examiner twice.. I appreciate any feedback. Thanks!

ptsd Something of C&P's, Posting, and fellow Vets opinions
C&P(Compensation and Pension)Exams Sub-post, Mental Health/PTSD Exams (means you'll see a Psychologist or MH "Expert") Most of us here on Hadit.com LOVE to see C&P's. it is practically a GUARANTEE that we never see exams that are exactly the same. i believe the reason most of us look at these things is to help you all ease your own tensions, waiting for the Results of a C&P is no where near as intense as waiting for the Rating decision based of said exams. when you all come here, asking us to look, we do it for you, and us, because we are all still fighting as well. we learn, from your flaws and chaotic whirlpool of hope and despair, but we try …

I had this C&P exam back in January 2016, I have not yet received a rating for this exam. C&P Exams for Feet/Ankles/Toe and scars for appeal overturned!
So on Monday I had my C&P exams for my feet/ankles/toe and scars. I think it went rather well and the doctor was thorough. These C&P exams were ordered on September 8th, 2016 by the DRO in WACO after she over turned the other DRO's decision. She ordered the C&P exams so I could get a proper rating on my contentions. She over turned the DRO's decision due to his egregious errors in my decision that I brought to the attention of Mr. Robert McDonald's office and my local Congressman. After getting the representative from McDonald's office to contact me and then to get the WACO office to contact me, I sit here today awaiting the decision I should have had yea…

Redacted C&P Exam Results Knee & Lower Leg - What do you think?
I got a copy of my VES C&P Exam for my current claim. There was not an opinion requested. Could you please share your thoughts on what you think the outcome might be from this exam? Does the lack of an opinion request imply that they are conceding service connection? Thanks for your help. 2016-09-21 CP Knee and lower leg Redacted.pdf
