  1. Teac, Thanks for the info. I have completed 3 C & P exams of 6 claims and the VA deferred the other 3 conditions.
  2. Hello all, I am relocating to the Philippines next month and would like to get information about how to go about transferring my claim file from my current location to the VA Regional Office in Manila, Philippines. I have several claims that are currently pending decision and would like info on how to xfer my claim file. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
  3. I can log-in into my account but when I click on the claim status tab it gives me an error and it tells me to contact the 800 number
  4. Go to VARO ROI and request for a copy; they'll give it to you in about 10 minutes or less depending on there work load.
  5. Berta, thanks for your advice. Carlie, my last two posts are not alike. Anyhow, once I have my IMO in hand i'll provide the info that your asking. Thank you all again for the response.
  6. Hello everyone. My IMO is almost finish and I would like some assistance on what to write on the 21-4138 before submitting it to the VA and my service rep as additional evidence? I have a general idea on what I should say but would like to get someone's advice. Thanks.
  7. Carlie, I started having the secondary symptoms 1 or 2 years after I was diagnosed with my primary medical condition which was 1994; however the physician noted one or two years ago which is incorrect.
  8. Carlie, I had a c & p exam for a secondary condition and the physician ask me when did the symptom start and I replied about a year or two after I was diagnosed with primary medical condition which was 1994. however, I read what the physician wrote on the exam and she noted that I had those secondary symptoms about 1 to 2 years ago. The raters might use this against me and end up denying my claim. I would like to know if I should let the VA know on 21-4138 before a decision is rendered. What's your take on this?
  9. I had my C & P exam last month and had requested a copy of the examination report 2 weeks after and found and error on the Physicians note. Can I submit a 21-4138 and inform the VA of the error that I found before they render a decision? Please advise. Thanks.
  10. Hello concern. Thanks. Glad to know that Dr. Bush uses the proper term that the VA is looking for and that he is trustworthy. You know it's hard to trust anyone these days specially when money is involved. I just want to be sure that I don't fall for a scam. Again, thanks for the info provided.
  11. Has anyone used Dr. Jerry Bush with their IMO? If so, is he knowledgeable with the VA's terminology and is he trustworthy?
  12. Not sure what his area of specialty but I just read his name from a previous post
  13. Not sure if have heard of Dr Craig Bash but from what I've heard he has a 90% success rate helping vets with their claims but the problem is he charges too much and most vets can't afford it.

  14. Merry X'mas and a happy New Year to you.
