RECD LETTER TO DAY SAYING I HAD BEEN APPROVED FOR CSRC, 100% PTSD AND 100% PROSTATE CANCER. AND THAT IT WILL BE 60 DAY BE BEING POSTED THIS LETTER CAME FROM DEPT OF NAVY. ALSO IT SAID FOR ME TO SEND A COPY TO VA,, WHICH I WILL DO, BEING A 20 YEARS RETIREE WHAT DOES ALL THIS MEAN, ALSO IT IS ALL CONSIDERED COMBAT RATED//TKS BIGJIM

bills are payed on time everytime ,,, credit rating of 704, just wish they would make a decision one way or another,, dont need a stranger going thru my check book at their convience,,, hey thanks for the support///bigjim

I recd my letter of rating approval 7jan 07 with a propose of fiduciary. VA said that a person will come to my house and interview me and my wife as to my compentence of who handles my money. I wrote a letter with referells to DAV who forwarded it (upstairs). It has now been 45 days or so and this letter says "unless we hear from you withing 60 days we make our decision using the evidence we already have. Is the man coming to see me or are they going to use my letters of defence, Just because i am rated housebouse doesnt me i cant write a check and bay my bills,, any addvice will be helpful///bigjim

i am retired with over 20 years service,and my claims states that i am housebound do i still need to apply for crcs, 1 800 doesnt have any of my paper up front yet tks/bigjim

with 100% ptsd and 100 percent prostate cancer, will i fall under the crsc or what ever its called ruled? will va be messing with my retirement pay, also where can i find the figures that says i will receive an additional 295 per month for being house bound//tks bigjim

va aprroved my PTSD and Prostate cancer 100%, however they added this (we propose to rate you incompetent for VA benefit payment) also the said (we must decide if you are able to handle your va benfit payments. This means a fiduciary may be appointed. what must i do to get competent, I have letters from my family Dr, pastor, Bank vice president, fire chief of the city and a credit report of 704, what more can i do? if they do change this to competent will it affect my rating??tks...bigjim

my letter from va says entitlement to special monthly compensation is warranted in this case because criteria regarding housebound have been meet. what does this mean? tks bigjim
