  1. thank you all for the feed back, but it may take a rocket scientist , 3 lawyers, 2 ducks and a goose , too undue all the VA, has done!
  2. http://www.va.gov/vhapublications/publications.cfm?pub=1&order=desc&orderby=pub_Number I hope someone can use them ...I did.. after 45 yrs being a DAV......and last 23 yrs under SSDI, I finally open a claim again, maybe this time I will win, but I fear my NSO, may not be up to it, she didn't even know what a IMO, was......
  3. hi too all.......iam very new here,so I hope this question isn't foolish!!! under this section, or me reading it right , does it mean that if nothing was noted at that time, and then you where discharged with a aggravated conditions by service, its a service connection and should be compensated? For the purposes of section 1110 of this title, every veteran shall be taken to have been in sound condition when examined, accepted, and enrolled for service, except as to defects, infirmities, or disorders noted at the time of the examination, acceptance, and enrollment, or where clear and unmistakable evidence demonstrates that the injury or disease existed before acceptance and enrollment and was not aggravated by such service. My original discharge was as followed ( USN 1970 ) 1.Spondylolysis L5 # 7561 2. Probable first degree spondylolisthesis L5 on S1 #7561 3. Spina bifida occulta S1 # 7419 they SC #1 & 2 @ 10%, but nothing for # 3 after all these years but it was on my discharge papers as service connected?? of course iam a lot worse now, iam in the process of reopening my case. iam 50% SC right now. ive been on SSDI for the last 23 yrs., thank-you for any answer.
