  1. Hey Edwin mines is showing the same thing on Monday. Have you had a update since? Thanks.
  2. Teddie13 let me know how this works out for you because mines is same as yours. Thanks.
  3. Thanks for the reply, Gastone, I did submit a claim for PTSD but got denied but on my MH DBQ there was a box check for Depression and on my denial letter it said that a Mental health condition for Depression was dx but not PTSD. That's what prompt me to put in a claim for it. When I get a chance I will try and post my C&P Exam.
  4. I have been diagnose with Depression and Anxiety by a VA Psychologist and is currently receiving treatment and I put in a claim in for it. My claim is now in the Prep for Decision. My question is would I get service connected even if I did not complain about it in service, my years was 2001-2005? Thank you in advance, I really do value you input. rwoods
  5. Hello, Mr.Wothen my name is Ron Woods and I'm a former Marine and I would like to ask you a question.

I have been diagnose with Depression and Anxiety by a VA Psychologist and is currently receiving treatment and I put in a claim in for it. My question is would I get service connected even if I did not complain about it in service, my years was 2001-2005?

Thank you in advance, I really do value you input.

It's possible--it all depends on whether or not the examiner finds a nexus between your military service and your current depressive disorder. (nexus is legal lingo for 'causal connection')

      All the Best,

      Mark

  6. Keep us posted if you have any more questions
  7. It could take some time maybe another week or two. When you call the 800 they should be able to help you out on a time frame. Your school should have been got the eligibility notice by now?? I know for me it took maybe a week or two before I got my bah and book stipend.
  8. Gastone: Yeah man thanks hopefully. Yes I'm currently getting seen by a psychiatrist, they are saying major depression, anxiety, etc.. possible PTSD symptoms.
  9. broncovet and Buck52 I tried to go in there a modify my claim but it would not let me, since it's in the appeals stage. The C&P notes listed that I do not have PTSD but other symptoms. I just wish they would of told me that you can claim other mental condition besides PTSD because I would of. I guess I just wait and see what happen. Thanks.
  10. Thanks to all who replied, Gastone Yes I did get a denial notice back in 2014 Sept and submitted a NOD. I just got my C&P exam done on 2/3. I don't think I've got a DBQ but I do have a report that I will upload.
  11. Thanks, DocC03 My question is should I modify my claim to include anxiety or depressive disorder, my claim is still in the appeal stages.
  12. Do you get a rating for unspecified depressive disorder? I was asking because at my C&P I was diasnoged with that instead of PTSD.Thanks
  13. SSGT Barnett, have you got a rating yet???
