  1. Well got My BBE for my claim Intent Date 04/30/2015, Filed 01/24/2016, they granted me 100% SC for BiPolar disorder secondary to m,y back issue. I have not heard from anyone since February about my appeal, but i can take it a little easier now knowing that I am 100% Also granted SMS S (Housebound)
  2. Not to Hijack your thread, but I am also getting the same error
  3. e-bene's shows an appeal pending since date unknown, going to the disabilities page shows a claim (regular) pending with my contentions. those claims are listed as under review]]
  4. Hi there, i was just wondering if there was a time frame for a NOD initial contact, I have been waiting for ANY CONTACT at the Phoenic VARO since September 2013 and have heard NOTHING from them on this NOD. Is this the normal to wait so long for intial contact?
  5. I wanted to check in, had a few medical issues to attend to, But I have decided that I am not going to request my C-File until After my NOD is complete, for those that asked, Yes i requested a hearing, I have been waiting since september of 2013 for any contact on my NOD, and am prepared to wait as long as I have to, I submitted evidence (things they should have had, with statements holding their hands for Paper trails, and other things.
  6. I am looking for Phoenix, AZ VARO NOD Claimants, I am looking to see approximately how long it took for your NOD to go through the whole process, how many contentions did you have and all pertinent information would be great. I am sitting at 578 Days since i put in my NOD (have been told average time is 458 days by Peggy) so ia m looking to see what average times really are Thanks -nukeum SSDI Total Award 80% 40% multi-level degenerative joint disease thoracolumbar spine, status post diskectomy at T11-T12 with scar (previously rated as status post diskectomy at T11-T12 with scar; scoliosis and limitation of motion of the thoracic-lumbar spine) 30% dysthemic disorder claimed as depression, concentration and memory problems secondary to medication 20% radiculopathy left lower extremity 20% radiculopathy right lower extremity 20% recurrent left ankle sprain with pitting edema 10% an undiagnosed illness manifested by headaches
  7. Hi I am fairly new here and was wondering, i saw in several places where people had requested copies of their c-file how does one go about this (I do not have a VSO, will not have one, been screwed over by everyone i have ever had) I have been going at it alone pretty successfully to this point at present I have a NOD filed since Sept 2013 at the Phoenix VARO requested a DRO review of the file. So i guess mu question is this 1. how do you FOIA your C-File 2. Will it interfere with the NOD i presently have in process? if so I would rather wait then interfere with the NOD' Thank you -Nukeum
