  1. August 5 got tdui letter from lawyer stating I was 100.. That is the day bva approved my tdui. I know it goes back too regional. What a good time frame too receive my retro pay? I contacted iris and haven't gotten a response ?
  2. called lawyer. He said we just have too wait for regional too sign off on payment. That no time frame
  3. I'm 100% bva award tdui. My wife will get Champava correct?
  4. Thanks. I been struggling for so long like so many others on here.
  5. Thanks. I meant the retro pay. I figure the increase in pay will come at first of month just like my check every month. Everything approved tdui snd all except the one issue for remand. I figure that remind will just be a on going thing. They will sign off and issue my money soon right?
  6. my tdiu was granted along with all my other issues. I went to a bva video hearing. I have question though. Now what happens? I do have one issue that said it was remanded though. But everything else was approved and my tdiu was granted. Will it go too local office and get signed off and then my back pay etc get paid too me soon? How long after decision do you get paid. ? Thank you
  7. Thank you for all the info. My lawyer told me about 4 months if it's a denial or approval. He said if it's a remanded on a issue it will take atleast a year...
  8. I meant if it's not remanded..Just a denial or an approval. How long for that? I know if it's remanded it will take a long time.
  9. Went too it last week video hearing . Went pretty good. How long usually until they make a decision?
  10. I haven't worked since 2004. My lawyer had him fill out a paper questionare stating my limits and work ability. The va said I was unemployable due too non service stuff. That my service connected issue limit my ability too get/maintain gainful employment. That being said that's why I wanted my same dr too state plain and direct I'm unemployable due too my migrains and Back which are service connected.
  11. I haven't worked any since 2004. He did fill out a form before which stated limits and etc. The va said the form suggested that I had limits but I could obtain/gain minimal employmen even though my conditions made it difficult etc. . So I ask him too just state the facts and clear. Because of my back and migrains I am Unemployable. I'm under his care for 7 years now. He a va employee. It states I'm unemployable do too my service connected.. The va did say I am unemployable due to my non service connected stuff. They says when my service connected disabilities weighed separate I am employable. But my lawyer says they never explain anything they just threw it off on non service connected. He said even with my migrains and back I'm unemployable Bc I would have too miss work every week.
  12. I'm 70% going for tdui 100%. I have a good case. My va neurologist wrote me a letter stating: Liam is unemployable due too his back and migrains. Which these are service connected 40.30 each. Will this be enough or will this letter help?
