New to this forum and can't seem to figure out where to post,so I apologize if I'm wrong. My V.A
psychiatrist and primary doctor's both asked me if they can call my D.R.O which I have had 9
months ago also same with C&P. This is 4th psychiatrist I have had and all agree with prognosis
of service connected P.T.S.D Including the C&P Doctor I meet all requirements of the DSM5 and
wondering why the hold up . This is a appeal from another claim I am 83 yrs old and this dates back
to 1953 surgery so it's been over 60 yrs.. Is it proper for the doctors to call the D.R.O or not don't
want them to screw it up any more then it is ..
