I have a scar on the back of my head that is 8.0cm in length and 7.0 cm in width. I is painful to the touch,it bleeds sometime, the skin flakes off. The VA rated me 10% for painful scar, but nothing it being unstable . And 50% for the size and that i only meet 5 characteristics. Can someone tell me if that is correct

I've gotten my Associates Degree, by using chapter 31 Voc.Rehab. and now i have 6 months left so I'm in a VA program call "non-paid work experience". I work 40 hrs. week get paid $762 a month, though this program. My question is if i don't get offered a job after or before my time is up, are there any other programs that may assist me. I'm SC for ddd of the lower back,arthritis in the back,both shoulders and to many other things to type because of my carpal tunnel in both hands. Thank you
