I served in AED and Iraq with the Army Corp of Engineers AS A CIVILIAN I was at Qalet and Ballad and Mosul i now have Severe COPD and on oxygen 24/7 Does this qualify for the terms of the PACT Act YES i was a smoker but had quit smoking prior to being deployed

i have been on medication since 2005 for High Blood pressure and it has been under control by taking Lisinopril meds daily , I am 100% disabled SC would it have any benefit to file and update my rating of 0 I meet the requirements of Agent Orange in accordance with PACT ACT -
