Hello, I recently got my award letter, and after further review my VSO advised me to file an NOD letter to the DRO. Now, do I go into ebenefits and reopen a claim, or is there another link to make this process easier? Thanks in advance.

Hello everyone, Quick update. I checked ebenefits last night and saw that I was awarded 70% for my disability. I am extremely happy that the process went extremely smooth. I would like to thank all the Vets here for their advice, without you guy paving the road I would not have been so fortunate!

Question. What if someone gets 100%, are they disqualified to participate in the Voc Rehab program?

That sounds like good advice. I should get a descion within the next month according to ebenefits. I got a favorable C&P with most symptoms for 100% checked off. Now the waiting game.

Hello Andyman73, If someone has 4 out of the 7 symptoms for 100% PTSD, is it possible that the VA can STILL low ball? Even if the veteran has a nexus or in-service connection.

I do have a ebenefits account, but from I've been told it's not always accurate and up to date.
