    They want to fix the VA, Put General Mad Dog Mattis in charge. I guarantee within a year, customer service will go through the roof.

    What their doing is Patient Profiling, its not just the VA, its everyone who suffers from severe chronic pain. My doctor at one point wanted to put me on morphine. What the VA does if you bitch about it or threaten to sue them is flag your record and make statments in your record that your a violent drug addict.

    My Form 9 was denied because it was 20 days late, but they did get it. Is their anything I can do to preserve my appeal. I have sent in a NOD against their statement of the case AFTER the form 9 was denied.

    I take pain meds for spinal stenosis and recently my new 3rd world doctor decided to start messing with them. I told him in strong laguage that if he did I would file a civil suit against him, he paid me no mind and so today that what I did. We will be seeing him in the 5th District Court soon.
