Hi Berta,
Thanks so much, Hello fellow New Yorker and CUER Berta, i believe it's from the Manhattan VARO. I scan the original claim I filled in 1995.i'm with you Berta on when I filed my NOD I was livid myself. I've gone to numerous VSO's. No disrespect to the good ones they would look at my paperwork cross-eyed. Then i started researching an found the one and only Hadit.com. Hours of reading through the forum proved very helpful and draining if you done rest LOL. I'm familiar with Berta and Broncovet's name thanks. Your daughter is lucky to have you on hand to help her.
I knew it was a CUE thanks Broncovet. I knew once I didn't appeal I had no chance of going back. I didn't understand back then. But I knew I had to get the NOD in. I also thought the NOD could go back to EED. I also read on here NOD first then go for the CUE
As for me missing the CP exam i never received the notice. It worked out anyway. Oh you mean my husband
@Hamslice u mean my husband.
