the va made a decsion on my case some time last week---- which i found out on friday, they ladie said that she cant give info over the phone, plus she said that they have to wait for the letter to be put in the computer.......so i waited till today and i called the dav at the varo, she said that there was nothing in the computer about the decsion then she said "they denied you iu and are countinuing you at 70% ptsd"....... the thing is that was my last rating decsion in feb.. 08 ---then i put in for an increase and was appealing my iu in march of 08 in which the made the decsion last week?????? do you think she could of misread something?????

I NEED SOME OPINIONS I HAVENT BEEN ON HERE IN WHILE ...... I WAS MEDICALLY SEPERATED FROM THE MARINE CORP FOR PTSD HONORABLY AFTER ALMOST 6 YEARS OF SERVICE WANTED TO DO TWENTY ..... ANYWAYS IAM CURRENTLY RATED AT 80% I PUT IN FOR INCREASE FOR 100% AND WAS APEALING MY I/U IN MARCH 2008 THEY MADE A DECSION TODAY I CALLED AND THE LADY SAID THRY ARE NOT PERMITTED TO GIVE INFO OVER THE PHONE SHE SAID THEY HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE LETTER ???? TO BE PUT IN THE COMPUTER I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THE VA SINCE I GOT OUT WHICH WAS MARCH OF 2006 ALL MY VA DOCTORS HAVE SAID THAT IAM 100% DISABLED AND UNEMPLOYABLE MY GAF HAS BEEN AT 35 FOR ABOUT A YEAR NOW AND THE C/P DOC BASICALLY SAID THE SAME THING ANY OPIONS PLEASE????????? I GOT TO WAIT OVER THE WEEKEND TO FIND OUT MONDAY??? the doc that worte that i was disabled and uneployable is one of the head phsychiritris at the gainseville ptsd clinic hopefully she holds wait in the system

hello i got a couple of questions --i sent my claim in two weeks ago today for an increase for ptsd and gulf war illness tpye problems----my condition with ptsd has gotten worse....my psych a va doctor wrote a letter for me in which i sent in anyways just to make sure they see it even though they can look into comp system....."i wish to empazize vet is severly disabled due to combat experience even though i cant predict the future i hope his conditon improves somewhat but at this time he 100 % disabled and unemployable, so on soforrht..... this is what she wrote she is good lady and cares about vets ...... i ve been denied iu a while back we put in a rebutal for that two weeks ago two iam at 80% 70% ptsd 10% knees we also put un for an increase for my knees since my doctor put me in knee braces and i have to attend physical therapy...possible surgery.... what could the outcome be i ve been fight two years i three years with this ptsd crap thanks jakerr semper fi i wish there was a pill that would take away ptsd................ ;) ;) :)

ive also been unemployed for 9 months due to my condition and yes i put in for iu / denied probaly because i was too young but we put a nod i will not let them win the evidence is here its funny the va wants you to have evidence and i do.. so why do they still give us a hard time it just pisses me off.........and they know that....its even in myrecord at the va i got escorted form the er because one of the little boy doctors made my wife cry. i wasnt even in the hospital but when i seen her crying i ran and try to plow down the er door and demanded to see the doc who did this i was trying to get thourgh them and i was going to smash his face. but security took me outside i didnt get flagged but i would have hurt him. i told the cop that i did care if him or the president made my wife cry i would slap them then i left.....sometimes people just dont know who they are dealing with.......thats why i tell people if you have the ability to think twice before doing something think twice .... i wish i could

yes iam at 70 for ptsd 10 for knees the increase that we asked for is for ptsd and a list of other things: -ulnar nueropthy - increse for knees - rashes that do not heal - headaches ---------------- - diareha ---------------- possible chronic fatigue syndrome (or anthrax vac) - fatigue --------------- one of my doc wanted to send me to an in patient program for 2 months. but my wife is pregnant and iam not going far from her and the va knows this. they also said that i tested positve for tbi and they just put me for physical therapy for knees. ps too young vets never let them tell you are too young if you have problems address them semper fi J. HELLO IVE BEEN GOING THOURH THE PROCESS FOR 2 YEARS NOW WITH THE VA. IAM AT 80%. MY DOCTOR WROTE ME A LETTER SAYING THAT IAM 100% DISABLED AND UNEMPLOYABLE. THIS WAS ALL LAST WEEK. MY AND AND MY SERVICE OFFICER JUST SENT IT IN FOR AN INCREASE WITH A LIST OF OTHER THINGS SUCH AS ULNAR NEROPTHY, HEADACHES, DIAREA, SKIN RASHES, ETC. WHAT ARE THE CHANCES OF THEM AWARDING ME 100%, I JUST WANT MY FAMILY TO BE TAKEN CARE OF..... ANY HELP?????????????????

i was telling my doctor about these headaches that i get, she asked if i was exposed to explosions in iraq that i could have TBI??? ..... well i was quite abit.. what is this????????????/

can i put in for an increase if the va is giving me knee braces due to my knee problem

yeah they denied it because iam 26 i guess iam to young to have problems ive been un employed for 7 months
