  1. i am ineligible extension, i am on an extension with dr. bash.
  2. have set your account to Moderator Preview. This means that a moderator will need to read and approve your posts for the next 7 days. I have taken this action because several of your most recent posts have crossed the line. You have, in effect, defamed a medical doctor and also showed blatant disrespect to a moderator. I hope that you will take this time to cool off and put whatever difficulties that you are currently going through behind you. rentalguy1 im not goint on with this anymore. seems silly at this point. dr. bash was considering me to help him. would you like to see the email? i don't think you can defame someone with their own words. you defame someone with false statemtments. there were some real gems in his emails. sorry for the folks that missed it. did you get to read them wings.....? you contributed a large piece on ama patient abandonment. why did you do that? as for blatant disrepect of a moderator i presume that was the tb guy who kept telling me not to post his emails. and yes, it was for the people who in the future had thoughts of using him. his emails revealed an unscrupulousness and disregard for me as his patient. if he can do it to me, he can do it to others. he's in it for the money. (that is a thread that runs through his emails). rental, he asked me not to share that he was taking my case free. he didnt want it to get around as he would be inundated with vets that wanted their cases done for nothing. NOT that he didnt want me to post. a little magical thinking going on there. kiddo i first started speaking with him in august. he would not do my case because others have paid and they came first. and of course, i had to do my own case and type it up as well. i'd be delighted to post what i have thus far. and...... how would a pathologist contribute to a case about a foot deformity? it's not in their field and scope of training? sheeeeeeesh. end of the show kids. let's bring the curtain down. caveat emptor.
  3. jason...i merely copied bash's emails to me. a bit of factual evidence. i posted three emails (actually had more) and i was accused of bashing (sic) a member. that member was dr. bash. lol. having the facts prior to criticizing me would have been kind. and it is interesting to me that you posted and were not sanctioned. criticizing a moderator.... i still don't have the facts on that other than i used a colloquium of 'bub' and i was continued to post my three emails despite being warned not to by a moderator. capital offence. hadit is invaluable, a life saver for vets who need to understand the regs of the VA and where their infirmities and claims relate to the federal statutes. my choice of the interpretation of the law happens to be the handbooks, they are an easier read and they define standards of care, documentation and privacy requirements. im a former medical person, and i find reading them easier. i came in here months ago, and received no answers whatsoever to my posts. i left. but i came back and for the most part stuck with the medical questions, for that is my strong point. i think it was an error on my part to suggest a c and p exam could be redone. i was mislead by a friend that used to be a rater/DRO many years ago. i took hell for that. i would like the mods as you call them to post my crimes. you could bash bash and received no recrimination and i? what was it about my posts, other than they were the guy's own words. they were his words alright and they were pretty dumb. embarassingly dumb for him. and he had a big need to have them withdrawn and he won. after all, he is a member here too. we both are. jmho
  4. no carlie. he agreed to prepare an IME for me. he initially wanted 5000 and then graciously....yes graciously agreed to do it for no cost. i had been trying to reach him via email for weeks...to no avail. he said that people that pay come first, and this is of course fair. however requiring me to prepare my own IME and type the formal document was a bit unreasonable. especially because there was no input from him. i didnt mind the typing, but would have liked some guidance. he sent me early on a redacted compensation and pension claim and i used what i could to formulate my claim. on my end, i was trying to pull together the record falsification and lack of informed consent documentation. i have sent VAOIG hotline...i called two days ago for a case number and none has been assigned. but im not deterred. i believe i have the evidence to prove that the informed consent discussion was never had, and because i spent hours talking with different people in IT and Privacy at central office, they will become my witnesses for the OIG. i send him my records in October. i was becoming anxious as claim's drop dead date is december 27. he implied that there were more important cases than mine, which flew in the face of some of the email exchanges that we had. he cut me off and has blocked my email address. he provided me the website and email address of another IME, but this individual appears not to be functioning as an IME. Barson's i believe his name is. I'll live through this. now it really is a case for an attorney and i hope that i can secure one for the BVA. I don't believe the case will be granted at the DRO level. and i don't believe this RO has ever decided a 1151 claim. I was going to FOIA for this information....i was ticked not to have this said up front, it has been two years. but the lack of informed consent and falsification of records may be so blatant that i win by default. only god knows. early on i dismissed the veteran advocate for the claim as he witheld a critical document from an IMO neurologist for consideration in the case. He performed a ncs/emg study that proved I had dystonia. not foot drop assessed by c and p neurologist. i then approached VFW who requested a neurologist appointment and evaluation. i foolishly dismissed them. but i knew i needed a movement disorder neurology specialist (rare as hen's teeth here in maine) to evaluate my case. i finally found one and in june had botox injections and this definitively proved diagnosis of dystonia. i have to have botox every three months for rest of my life. i was diagnosed with a thyroid mass last month. i tripped (an artifact of the VA treatment) and broke my nose and had lacerations over bridge nose. the local hospital cat scanned my neck an there it was. it is a cold nodule which raises it in the category of cancer. i am awaiting biospsy appointment. i have a malignant fatigue (it is added to an autoimmune disease, fibro and severe major depression which is now recurrent). it is bad timing for all this stress. somewhere along the line this will go my way. for this i am within normal limits certain. there is always that possibility not in my life time. i guess i answered more than you asked. this is the story. i feel sad now as i end this note. in my minds eye it is going to be dissected and thrown in my face. i gotta get going. there is still allot of work for me to do. regards patti p
  5. Tbird i hardly think you are out to get me tbird and moderator group. hardly. if you have a heart in your body you should be able to identify the shock and grief incurred by being dropped by bash with less than two weeks left to finish my 1151 claim. deleting my posts about dr. bash shows an unseemly preference and influence that bash has in this forum. if this statement is of the type that you view as criticizing yourself and the moderating team, then you are not much different than the VA who openly robs us of our rights on a daily basis. jmho
  6. thanks wings. but rental is asking and has erased with his moderator pen the law associated with abandonment of a patient which dr. bash is guilty. i did say to rental that the ama has a policy on it and thus your typing has not gone to waste. i used the latin caveat emptor buyer beware thanks patti
  7. my god, the rights i served as a viet nam era vet undemined by a moderator of hadit. im on probation. my posts will be monitored for a week per the pm for complaining about my treatment by dr. bash. in medico-legal terms the man abandoned me with less than three weeks left to file my 1151 claim. i felt his posts were odd and inappropriate. we have been corresponding since august. i wonder if the other veterans who have complained of bash, have also been placed in the monitor category for defaming him. tonight i am told i cannot defame him.....these represent my opinion and 'we know what an opinion is" critizing a moderator is a sanctionable offense. well ive been criticized several time by moderators and minimally or did not respond. what is an example of cricitzing? not playing the moderator's game? "i would not say that" as an example, peppers some of my posts. can be viewed in the dr. bash posts. para "he's beloved and helped so many". in essence my opinion doesn't count? this is not constructive to other vets who consider using him in the future. my posts outside of this of the last are closed. the last entry of dr bash 3 was erased several times. i sent tbird a message.....i wonder if it will be delivered.
  8. i already did. i think you are infringing on my right to free speech. bashing dr. bash so to speak is done primarily because he abandoned me which i against the law in most states. i am left without a backup with slightly more than 12 days to respond to the RO. do you know what defamation is? hardly meets the criteria. and please direct me to the disrepect of the moderator (which is obviously you) in the code of behavior in the rules of the forum. thank you for your attention to this matter
  9. it is against the law for a physician to abandon a patient without ensuring that individual has another physician in place to turn to. this is what dr. bash did. i informed him during our last emails that he could expect my opinions of him to be posted here. there are several people in the forum that have complained about his work. i am being accused by a moderator for defaming him. bizzare. his actions will be reported to the department of public health at a minimum. no veteran, no matter what the agreement they strike with a physician should be dropped by the doctor slightly more than two weeks prior to the close of the claim. i disagree with the moderators position., rg my ssd attorney did nothing on my claim. he walked off with 3 grand. i filed the paperwork myself (he sent up two letters to the ss office harford. i filed the balance of the claim and it was decided in less than 10 days. because i signed a fee agreement, the money went to him and he turned over 2500 to me. they get 5000 per case.
  10. rental this is the agreement i made with this man. the pm you sent me is acceptable to tbiird?
  11. if you go to the va nova site on internet, i think his name is richard cohen, the lawyer who is the head of it. they have va lawyers listed by state. good luck.
  12. check your hadit posts----caveat emptor In a message dated 12/4/2008 10:25:34 A.M. Eastern Standard Time, drbash@doctor.com writes: records in the mail dr B ----- Original Message ----- From: Khotcoffee1@aol.com To: drbash@doctor.com Subject: Re: DR B>>>>> records and paperwork Date: Thu, 4 Dec 2008 10:06:13 EST my deadline is dec 27 its a saturday. you agreed to take me on as a patient. you cited my inability to pay as a reason for shelving my case. you describe in an email a need to attend to to CEOs and Birds to make over me. now it is the dying. i have a valid case. i cannot walk without fear of falling and addition of the damaged left leg to the right with a congenital defect has caused increased pain. i feel i have been abandoned and it is not right to demand a patient to write their own case. patti ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- i had to do the write-up of my own IME case. i took exception to this. i am his patient. he has had the records since beginning of november and I have to write up case. sorry bash...unethical.
  13. i think there are an equal number of less outspoken people who have been screwed by this guy. a pissing contest is anatomically out of the question. it's the old first ammendment thing kiddo, and the need to inform others to beware......in latin caveat emptor 'beware buyer' thanks kiddo
