I'm looking for somebody Vice on a remanded appeal. The appeal is from January 27th of this year for increase and special monthly compensation for TBI and residuals the bva ordered a partial grant for increase and TBI and residuals and the VA has done nothing since January of this year. My increasing special monthly compensation is supposed to be at the T rate I'm currently 80% for TBI and residuals. I have submitted new medical evidence that supports my increase in special monthly compensation to be paid at the T rate the VA has all the necessary information to award my increase I don't know why it's taking so long

Just so I understand. Can I file a cue on the ssoc I received.

Thx berta and asknod. The va just don't want to pay it out. They still incorrectly applied criteria for t rate. I've read regs over and over. The rep in st. Paul is a hunk of cheese and arrogant. Go figure. I'll flank em.

All they doing is trying to shuck and jive me. I called them out by emailing allison hickey. Public law does not state 100% for tbi to get t rate. My quiver is full and bow in hand.

Va recently awarded me smc at L rate for ptsd, tbi and residuals. They put me at 100 %ptsd, still at 10%tbi, 30%migraines,30%scalp fragment wound, 10%painful scar. They stated I needed to be 100% for tbi which is not true. All my shit is tbi and ptsd. Anyway any advice. I mite have to put them on blast.

Can the va access any info on classified ops. I was involved in black ops for 10 days which is an important part of my claim tho I can't discuss it.

Is the va able to access operations that were classified and never happened. I have a claim in and not sure if it will help to tell them I was involved in black ops. No records.

Just talked an ro out of st. Paul. They are still denying aid and attendance for tbi n residuals. He said under 38cfr3.352 (a) I have to have 100% scheduler I read cfr and not true. I've been 100% permanent and total since 2008. Tdiu rating. My current overall rating is 90%.

There have been a few yes. Hard to get va docs to do it. It's ridiculous. They don't want to pay out.

I have a Nod in and am having a dro decide. My psychiatrist did my 21-2680. I'm hoping I get the smc (t) rate. I have a tbi rating with residuals from getting shot in my grape. Bottom line is many va doctors don't want to write it up when they know a vet rates it.

Jus curious if vets are aware of the new smc t rating for tbi n residuals. It seems like some arent. I just learned about it. I'm awaiting a decision by the va. I've read requirements for t rating. Seem justifiable but I know the va doesn't want to pay vets at that rate. It's 7900 a month. Funny my psychiatrist from the va told me the va doesn't want to pay the t rate. Amazing. I've seen him.for 7 yrs. He's a decent dude tho. He did my 21-2680.

Thx. I have submitted new and material evidence. My va doctor filled out form 21-2680. I filed my Nod 19 days after denial. I think I'll go with a dro review. I'm applying for smc (t) rate for tbi and gunshot injury to head. Have migraines ptsd depression n scalp scarring. I've been p/t since 2008 at tdiu. The (t) rate is for tbi injury and residuals.

I need some help. Got a claim in for aid and attendance. Sent in 21-2680 with Nod on 12-17-2014. I then reopened my claim on 1-2-2015. The va cancelled my reopened claim because of my appeal on 12-17-2014. I was told to send in written request to cancel Nod and reopen claim. I'm confused which would be faster a dro review under appeal or a reopen. I really need aid and attendance like yesterday. Thx
