  1. What does all of this mean. the axis are I PTSD, Major Depressive Disorder, recurrent, severe, with psychotic features II deferred III Hypertension, Migranes, ankle injury/pain, ED IV V GAF 48 Summry Findings Based on the results of the evaluation, the vetern is experiencing chronic anxiety and depressive features consistent with a diagnosis of PTSD and Major Depressive disorder, recurrent, severe, with psychotic features. His insomina, intrusive memories, depression, avoidance behavior, nightmares, interpersonal problems, and occupational difficulties are a direct result of his military service in the Iraq war and the loss of his closest freind in Afghanistan. He denied history of symptons prior to war and prior to loosing his freind. the vetern is treated for depression and anxiety after his iraq deployment. His current condition is the same for his condition treated for in 2004. PTSD His symptons has just worsened despite intensive psychotrpic medication regiman. Until more intensive therapeutic PTSD treatment occurs he appears incapable of working. He has been violent and impulsive towards, coworkers, his wife, and himself. He should be considered for inpatient PTSD programs or immediately begin weekly thearpy with a ptsd specialist. his symptoms are directly impacting his functioning. the vetern agreed to initate therapeutic help. He appears capable of managing his own monies, however there is no evidence that he could effectively do this. Do you think I will get a decent rating from this. Thanks and this is a awesome website. I spent hours looking at it last night.
