IS THIS A FORM CALLED REPORT OF CONTACT THAT WHEN YOU CALL THEM THEY RECORD YOU WHY WOULD IT BE IN THE EVIDENCE ON THE SSOC?? :) THERE AREB THREE DATES LISTED---SOMETHING I DON'T AVE A COPY OF

Yes, that is a VA form and you have the title right. It should be in your C file.

Your vet rep should be able to find out what they used the 119 for.

They didn't/ they have it listed with the evidence in the second SSOC - but they list three dates -- could this be something sent by the Senators office by fax??

Thanks I checked that out but why if the Travel Hearing is next month?? Could it be a phone or fax something?? Have never in 9 years had this listed in evidence--and they have 3 dates on it--Around when I went to the Senators office--and had them get involved. <_< I hope youre' answer is the right one!!!Thanks
