my husband return from iraq in 11/2005 with ptsd,tbi,back injury . went to va docter on 4/06 complant of now simtoms of diabetes docter was rude and rushed him out said she didnt have time too address all the issues.diabetes,she did order labs but he had gotten so angry due too this ptsd gotten lost in clicnic so didnt take blood.didnt go back till 11mt later diagnoed with diabes in 3/07 ,vba denied claim.due to docters visit no notes in records.he say shesay he did tell her of problems he was having diabetes simtoms. he reported within the 1 year discharge.any advise .sorry my spelling is bad. please helpme understand .
