Wings, the student has finally surpassed the master!!!! ;-) You may now take over the class. "I'd" just change the final sentence, in the conclusion paragraph, to read: "On Appeal, the veteran continues the Claimed Earlier Effective Date for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and Total Disability based on Individual Unemployability(TDIU), as can be confirmed by Social Security employment records, of record." jmo

Too bad, I ran out of printer INK! LOL! Seriously, I print all my drafts, in duplicate, and when I start to run out of black ink, I have to use Blue, then it's all over, and what's done is done. That's the only way I have to control my VA induced OCD ;-) PR, you are a smart guy, and I made sure I referenced the SS records in the "evidence ignored" secition of my appeal. Otherwise, I don't think the AMC or BVA would be able t award the TDIU. Thanks so much for being here, and there, and everywhere!! HUGS!! ~Wings
