ptsd Need Help Researching Pov Auto Accidents In Germany

Thanks for any help in advance! Am diligently working my PTSD and I need advice.

When I was stationed in Germany, there were two auto accidents that truly affected me; however I dont recall enough of the details of one, name.date. and I dont recall the last name of the other person but have a date(time period) for that one.

Are there any databases for USAFE or USAEUR that will list the names or dates of POV accidents?
