Question

Hey My claim is at the stage listed above. I know it will move how it is going to move how it is going to move but at least it is moving happy about that. I have heard from others the new site design is better and all the heck we used to have to go to a VARO office to get registered for the level 2 acess now it is done over the phone. I can say that as I did it last week and that is how I know where it is. I am so ready to have the claims done. Thanks again...

Well, the positive in this is that there's motion - that's always a good thing in my mind. However, your claim could bounce back and forth as it is perfected until rated, so (mine is at this stage as well, claim dated 6/10) It's great but don't be surprised if it goes back to gathering evidence if the person at the present stage feels they need more to support their potential decision/recommendation.

Hey thanks I am sure it will do that bouncing thing again. If they do not get on the ball it will be time for another C/P exam.. I just got like my third Doctors note based on the second letter from the VARO telling me I needed a different phrase or the letter was worded wrong. I had the last letter that the Veterans sent me and the surgeon laid everything out More than I asked about but when I send this thing in my claim will no doubt bounce around all the over the place.

I noticed you are at the 90% level as well that last 10% takes another 50% to make it to 100% Adios and good luck
