I look foward to your opinion..... it always helps to have more than a couple opinions, especially when it appears the claim will end up at the BVA.

Well I got to hand it to you. You are well above the game and certainly have done your homework with this! I also admire the excellent feedback as well. Iv'e always said, that you better be on your toes if Berta gets involved cause she's been there and done that with a lot of VA BS. It's good to have her on your side..lol..Anyway Teac, I wish I can contribute to the conversation here, but since I never had any dealings re; Bradley v Peake, so I think I'll sit back and let you folks educate me instead. Oh Yea, before I get off track, I did want to mention that your NOD IMO is very well versed with good objective opinions, and may I add, not being influenced by VA's trickery.
