Dro Review Request

Question

Got my denial in mail for TDIU and ED. Want to ask for the dro review, but notified that regional office of jurisiction changed from Muskogee, Okla to Sioux Falls. Would I have to travel to sioux falls for the hearing?

You can request a video hearing with Sioux Fall to be held at the Muskogee VO.

Well anyway, that technology was once available.

You don't hve to attend any hearing if you don't want too. I have had many issues decided de novo, and I have never attended any hearing.m just depends what you want to do.

Also, if you want to have a hearing you need to request it in writing.

Probably at least a 6 - 24 month wait either way.

everything has been returned to Muskogee. So I am waiting to hear when date for DRO review is going to be. I did request in writing. Thanks Carlie for all your help.
