Want to ask for the dro review, but notified that regional office of jurisiction changed from Muskogee, Okla to Sioux Falls. Would I have to travel to sioux falls for the hearing? carlie Posted May 4, 2012 Share Posted May 4, 2012 everything has been returned to Muskogee. So I am waiting to hear when date for DRO review is going to be. I did request in writing. Thanks Carlie for all your help. Remember a DRO review is done De Novo. If you want to have an actual hearing in person with the DRO, request the hearing in writing.
