Question

Question. I requested my C&P Results and received them.. I filed for depression second to asthma, gerd flat feet. The question is how do they rate for this. The examiner said I had reduced reliability for occupation and social. Also flattened affect and suicidal ideation. How do they determine the rating because some of the comments suggest 50% and some 70% ...Please advise to this because I am confused as to how this works.... The VA doctor gave me. Gaf score of 50 while my private psychiatrist gave me a 43. The examiner gave me 60 so what now....

You are not the only one that might be confused by the results. An RO will likely take the minimum suggested, even though it's possible that doing so does not comply with the rules & regs.
