Problem With Pulling Up Anything On Ebenefits 5/21/2013

Anyone having trouble with ebenefits today? I can't get my claim status to come up at all..... just wondering if I am alone on this or if there may be a problem with my personal account. I will call their tech number tomorrow if still not working.

I was finally able to pull up my pending claim late last night. Good news found, my dependency claim is in NOTIFICATION phase. Not sure how long from here to completed. I know it was already returned to the developer (last Friday) to correct the notification letter. Hoping not too much longer, been 13+ months now since it was received by the VA with a 10/2010 back date. So nice check coming.....

I have been trying off and on all day too. Nothing. It continues to default and advises me to try later.

Just when "action" is finally being taken on an old dependency claim.... good to know it is their problem, nothing specific to my account. Thanks Indyman for the response.

Same here. I was able to get into VA letters once.

Same problem here too. Seems like it's working better today, though. Was able to check the C&P claim status this morning. Yesterday, the system would just hang up to the point e-bennies would ask to have the screen refreshed to try again!

This latest upgrade isn't making the mark. Seems like access to the various data sources is slower and more constrained than before.

e-bennies is having trouble again today... Looks like the system gets overloaded pretty easily now. Another great upgrade by a gov't contractor!

Same thing with me today, 5/28. It gets hung up about half way to your status, and then defaults again. I wonder if they are updating everything from the holiday. Is that a weekly thing, or each case updates itself?
