Ebenefits, What Does "523" Mean Under Request Info

I checked E-bennies and they have requested information from a 3rd party. It is listed as (523 undiagnosed illness) and another entry (523 left ear HL and tinnitus). My claim, filed Dec 2010, has not moved until now. I have not had a C&P exam for anything I claimed. I think maybe I will finally be afforded a C&P ?
