Aid And Attendance

Hi, my name is Carolyn Moore and my husband is 100 percent disabled with need of Aid and Attendance. He has been granted disability since 2007. I have to stay home with him as he cannot stay alone. I am trying to get A and A. It looks as though I am going to require a private doctor to get a report and exam for his case. Does anyone know where I can find one? Thank you.
