aggie54 Posted November 26, 2014 Share Posted November 26, 2014 I am 100% P&T, 100% VA, 100% DOD, with well over 20 plus years of Active Duty when I retired. To my understanding, in order to get paid by both the VA and DOD which is Concurrent Pay, you must have served over 20 years of Active Duty, Retired, and be receiving your Retired pay from DOD.
