iceturkee Posted April 27, 2015 Share Posted April 27, 2015 Our local AF base started "by appointment only" some time ago for veterans and their dependents. same thing for the id office at nas jacksonville where i got my card. i made the appointment online but called the base first. Oiler1995 Posted April 30, 2015 Author Share Posted April 30, 2015 I got my I.D card yesterday.The whole process went so smooth.I made the appointment online.When I showed up at the base,they were waiting for me.The whole process took about a half hour.How do I find out where and what bases have commissary in New York?
