The Nehmer Court Order stipulates survivors get all accrued retro.

I certainly assume that goes for any veteran who won an AO IHD claim under Nehmer.

Did you get all retro for the IHD rating or did VA combine that IHD rating and add or subtract from it any prior SC rating, not related to the AO IHD and send you the difference as retro for the AO IHD?

Many Vietnam veterans already had past 100 % or TDIU awards that had nothing to do with IHD.

Even if they had IHD they never filed a claim because it was not AO presumptive until 2010 but might have had it listed as NSC on older rating sheets.

Did anyone here (Vietnam service) with a 100% or TDIU SC rating for something other than AO IHD,

get an decision under Nehmer ,for AO IHD ,but with no retro due to them?
