tdiu VA says they made a CUE in awarding me IU.

VA says they made a clear and unmistakable error in awarding  me individual unemployability in 2012. My combined rating is 70% and my award letter from 2012 rated me permanent and total. I received a letter that my claim fell under a special review and the CUE was discovered. The letter doesn't say what the CUE is.  I met the criteria when I applied and also got SMC K.  Why would an IU rated P/T get pulled for a special review?

Congrats are NOT in order.  The VA is proposing CUTTING my benefits.

If you want a specific answer, then you have post specific details.  I guess you will have to wait for the decision to find out what the "Cue" is.   If the VA did not infer SMC, then that may be the Cue they refer to, I just dont know.

No one can really tell you that until you get the particulars from the VA on how they came to that conclusion.

Either your condition  improve over night, or you had file for increase ,or a new claim or

they made a mistake or you got caught lying on something
