Re-victimizing all over again.

Question

Let us start with some basics,

i'm 70% PTSD and have filed a notice of disagreement. I have other disabilities but i don't care to discuss, nor are they relevant.

i go to therapy session at the VA and i tell my therapist how im suicidal, depressed, seeing hallucinations, etc...

i got paperwork from the VA that reads that I had stated to my therapist on such and such dates that i was okay, doing well, medications and treatments are doing well, even went to a gambling town. This couldnt be further from the truth. i'm pissed.

for one, i didn't say anything like this.

2: i didn't go anywhere, nor is it anyone's business where i happen to go

3: it was used against me to justify why the VA is standing by their decision

so, what can be done about it? i'm obviously cancelling any and all upcoming appointments with the therapist, but i feel like i was completely re-victimized by a VA therapist that i started to trust and have them twist and contort my words to further xxxx me over.

Sometimes the doctors or nurses will ask you how you are doing today. If you say "fine" or "ok", they take that literally and it is noted in your records. Be blunt and honest!

Yah, Vync, I usually respond with something like "well, I'm still breathing".  I stopped saying that I was good or fine, about 5 years ago, maybe longer.

This a reason we need to be recorded at all  C&P exams stop all this BS.  and now possibly with MH Sessions.

This can be defeated but because this VA Therapist wrote in his/her own conclusion of lies...now the veteran has to go do all this other shi# to get this corrected,  (as to broncovet information above)

I believe I would make copies of this session when the therapist said all these lies and confront him/her about on the next session.

I'd sure tell this therapist I said NO such a thing and you know that  &.show a copy of what he stated & ask...why did you say these things that I never said  ...it caused my claim to be denied, for this I will report you and request  a decent non-lying therapist.
