Question

I received a letter from voc rehab with the following statement and I'm not sure if I can use this letter in support of IU claim. It reads as follows; Effecttive the date of this letter, Effective the date of this letter, your vocational rehabilitation program is being discontinued. The evidence of record in your case indicates that you have been found unable to benefit from return-to-work services, and in discussing your situation, it does not appear you have any independent living needs at this time.
