Attached is my decision.

Let me know what you all think.

Note: In the portion for my feet it notes i sent multiple private treatment records and statements regarding mood swings, dry mouth, etc etc and how it didnt pertain to any claim i had made...well i dont understand how they missed the fact that i had originally along with my feet, etc made a claim for Chronic Fatigue syndrome.  I did this because i had a in home sleep study (private but paid by VA) done that said i didnt have sleep apnea, so since they said that i figured my issues would fall under chronic fatigue.  after filing my sleep doc at the VA called to tell me he didnt give a damn what that study said, because he doesnt like in home studies and is concerned about my symptoms so he ordered a inpatient one.  I dropped the chronic fatigue claim in writing to the VA, but apparently they didnt remember that when they looked at my evidence packet...

Also i new the hearing was a lost cause but i wanted to try again anyways.
