I was wondering I was in a car accident but at the time my license was on a 90 day suspension so I have been shown by the police that I didn't not remember. My memory is just one residual from my TBI having said that there was a mechanical defect in the car that has been show to occur at any time some folks had the car as a rental when it happened and they died sadly. So will having the suspended license when the accident occurred effect my claim or will the mechanic defect save my brain?
