Question

I currently am diagnosed with sleep apnea, and use a CPAP. I have at least one entry in my STR where I mention trouble sleeping, while being seen for something else. My question is this, should I file a claim, now, today, for sleep impairment, or wait until my current claim for depression finishes? Also, would then, my SA be a direct link to hypertension? Thanks,
Semper Fi.
