Question

when you need opinions on secondary's or a primary condition you use google scholar or download it

its a blue graduation cap on your toolbar a great tool for searching disabilities.

Same thing IMO doctors research for their evidence. It takes time to search " but you will

find something like your disability you are claiming it just take time to research"".

they do but its simple English and a lot of people don't understand it.

interpretation of the law is where you disagree with the law. VA always has their

own interpretation, we as vets have to argue their interpretation, to get benefits.

The most important thing to remember is that although scientific studies are interesting, it is a medical opinion that a disability is caused by a service connected disability for a specific veteran that counts. Not a guarantee that VA will grant. This opinion is evidence that the VA will consider, and be weighed in the "at least as likely as not" standard.
