0 Navy1966 Posted December 16, 2015 Share Posted December 16, 2015 The most important thing to remember is that although scientific studies are interesting, it is a medical opinion that a disability is caused by a service connected disability for a specific veteran that counts. Not a guarantee that VA will grant. This opinion is evidence that the VA will consider, and be weighed in the "at least as likely as not" standard.
