I have found nothing on Google that suggests this doctor is even remotely qualified to opine on a TBI claim:

The word psychiatrist is spelled wrong in this link but probably due to the commentor who called her a “fraud” because they probably thought she was a shrink.

I have my exam next Thursday...do you have any tips or lessons learned for someone starting the process. I'm very claustrophobic and although my explosion an symptoms are very well documented, the inability to do an MRI will trip me up. If I could do a PET, that would work instead for my case but am not sure that they would accommodate me?

Take Care,

Reddit:

For the TBI Process I went thru, first, I saw a Psychiatrist for about an hour and then he said, "there's not enough from our interview for me to be able to make a  decision on your case yet"? Then,  I was scheduled for  and finished a CP Exam  for Headaches/Migraines (that was covered in my medical records), an interview with a Psychologist to talk about my personal relations with family and co-workers ( we talked mainly about the prospect of living with pain on a daily basis due to my injuries and how it gets me down sometimes) , then a hearing test (my third one this year). Also, I have a very bad case of claustrophobia (service related issues)  and getting into the very small hearing booth was almost overwhelming for me and it took everything I could do to get in it.... I'm being treated for the claustrophobia by the VA now which is a very big step for myself and I don't like to talk about those experiences at all . The doctor said that he believed that I've had "Post Concussion Syndrome and Cluster headaches" all along. It's been going on a long time since my Tank Main Gun Explosion Incident  and the headaches are really a problem for me when they occur to work. However, my headaches were always treated along with my other back and spine issues to control the pain mainly thru pain regular management with a prominent pain specialist. I have been very fortunate to have good doctors over the years to treat me with this....

..but I'll probably have an answer on the TBI evaluation in a couple months or so but one never knows how that's going to turn -out?
