changes today in eBenefits

I was looking at eBenefits and looking at the section titled "unsolicited evidence"  I found the following information entered today.  Now keep in mind I didn't submit any of this information.  I'm thinking that they may have finally received the information they requested from the portland RO which would have been collected 22 to 33 years ago.  Make any sense to those of you more familiar than I am?
