0 jfrei Posted May 23, 2016 Author Share Posted May 23, 2016 (edited) they service connected this year in 2016 my exam was in 2014 I choice to reopen this year to see if it changes. I also have three C&P on Tuesday and Wednesday. One for my residuals of my TBI and the other two were or my remanded issues. But nothing has been easy with me and the VA.
