Question

Hi I would like to know if a second signature means that the VA is trying to find another way to screw me. I have been waiting on my remanded appeal to be processed since Feb. of this year, it was advanced on the docket for hardship, and I believe that the judge did not want to send it back, since my claim is older than ten years. She said that she would do all that she could to give me an earlier effective date back to 02 when I first filed my claim. Her remand had some staunch words for the C&P examiner for among other things, saying that I did not have a residual scar from two heart surgeries even though it was already rated at 0%.  She asked for him to rate me again and for him to explain in detail how my atrial fibrillation was not secondary to my coronary artery disease which required a pacemaker implant, which he also said was not related to my heart. I like most of you have had to endure a lot of BS so I just need to know if I have to wait again for the RO to screw me again before the BVA grants my appeal.
