[RHM 1966]

My ebenefits site list 9 different things required and then says, "Not available  No Longer Needed. I don't get this. Three of the categories are DBQ's, but the other is CAATS not available no longer needed. Does anyone know what is going on?

How long were they requesting these things? As it says it's no longer needed in my case it was they actually had other records they could use to rate the issue instead of the requested one. I don't know how long you've been waiting or what issues they are?

call the 1-800  #  see what they say?

Usually its a good thing  that they no longer need the information they requested. and got it them self.

RHM 1966, I have basically the same thing that's on my ebenefit page.  I was told that those are just some of the evidence that has already been looked at and completed. Mine also included a RVSR review, and initial medical evidence review.
