If you just got the Award (last 12 Months), your looking at a EED NOD, unless you have say 6 - 8 mos before the 12 mos after Award Letter Date.

If you aren't near the end of your NOD filing window, you could file an "Official Request for an EED CUE Review."

I file the "CUE Review Request," 05/16 on a 12/13/15 Award, New EED Award was granted 07/16.

Now, if your close to or past your NOD 12 Mos Filing cutoff Date, don't risk missing your NOD. File the "Off CUE Review Request" immediately if your close to the final Date, then have your NOD Locked & Cocked ready to file to beat the Clock NOD filing Deadline.

If your past the Deadline and your Award is final, file the EED as an FDC, attaching all your supporting Evidence as Pfds to the FDC.
