Question

Please provide your humble guesstimate on my C&P exam recently took place.

Type of vascular disease condition: Varicose veins and/or post-phlebitic syndrome

1. Does the veteran now have or has he/she ever had a vascular disease (arterial or venous)? YES Diagnosis #1: Post phlebitis syndrome with chronic venous stasis edema

2. Does the veteran have varicose veins? YES, Both legs

3. Does the veteran have post-phlebetic syndrome of any etology? YES, Both legs

4. Check all the symptoms that apply and indicate extremity affected: a. Aching in leg after prolonged standing - Both legs b. Aching in legs after prolonged walking - Both legs c. Fatigue in leg after prolonged standing - Both legs d. Fatigue in leg after prolonged walking - Both legs e. Symptoms relieved by elevation of extremity - Both legs f. Symptoms relieved by compression hosiery - Both legs

5. Check all findings and/or signs that apply and indicate extremity affected: a. Persistent stasis pigmentation - Both legs b. Does the use any assistive device(s) as a normal mode of locomotion, although occasional locomotion by other methods may be possible? YES, walker ///// Frequency of use Occasional

6. Does the veteran’s vascular condition(s) impact his or her ability to work? NO
