After no Cola last year, According to MOOA, the 2017 Cola will be .3%.

For a 100 percent single Vet., this means a raise of $8.72 per month, according to my math. Seniors and Veterans get shafted another year. The raise is so small, that its actually negative for social security claimants, because medicare will go up more than the measely raise.
