knee ROM

Question

What rating can I expect with the below listed ROM measurements for knee strain?


 (0 to 140): 0 to 50 degrees Extension (140 to 0): 50 to 0 degrees L
 (0 to 140): 0 to 60 degrees Extension (140 to 0): 60 to 0 degrees R

The ROM is just one factor, its not enough to guess a rating.  Pain is another, and, most important is to what degree your knee problem affects your vocation (work).  

However, a diagnosis of "knee strain", isnt a guarantee of a knee rating at all.  First, you need the Caluza elements to get it SC.  And, even if you have it sc or have all caluza elements, remember the VA compensates you for chronic condtions not acute conditions which resolve themselves.  If you have, or will have permanent damage from a knee strain, then it may be compensable, if sc.  

Does your condition show up on an xray?  An MRI?
